Dr. Sharook Madon

Dr. Sharook Madon serves as CH2M HILL’s firm-wide Global Technology Leader for the Ecosystem Planning and Restoration technology and is a Senior Principal Technologist based in San Diego, California, USA.  Since 2009, he plays a key role as the technical advisor on the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment’s Remediation and Restoration Program for Terrestrial and Coastal Ecosystems damaged by the 1991 Gulf War, and has also conducted work on the Jeddah Sewage Lake project for the KSA’s National Water Company. Dr. Madon has led several key ecosystem restoration, monitoring and assessment projects in the USA, Middle East and Asia, and his research is widely published in the peer-reviewed literature. Prior to 2003, Dr. Madon also served on the faculties of the University of Maryland, Pace University and San Diego State University, USA.
